Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse and Logistics Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of goods. As a vital member of our operations, you will ensure the smooth running of our warehouse facilities, coordinating logistics, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Responsibilities:

Receive, unload, and store incoming shipments, ensuring items are properly labeled and stored in designated locations.

Prepare and pack orders for dispatch, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks to prevent shortages and overstocking.

Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.

Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to health and safety standards.

Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.

Generate reports on warehouse activities, including inventory levels, order fulfillment, and discrepancies.

Implement process improvements to streamline warehouse operations and optimize efficiency.

Train and supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance and support as needed.

Collaborate with other departments to fulfill customer orders and resolve any issues that may arise.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in warehouse operations and logistics management.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with keen attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in using warehouse management software and Microsoft Office suite.

Valid forklift operator certification (preferred).

Knowledge of health and safety regulations governing warehouse operations.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends as required.

Physical stamina to perform manual tasks and lift heavy objects.
