Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing assistance and information as needed.

Take and relay customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring prompt delivery of food and beverages.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining areas, including clearing tables and resetting for the next guest.

Assist with event setup and breakdown, including arranging tables and chairs, decorating, and serving guests.

Handle cash and credit card transactions, processing payments accurately and securely.

Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations and efficient service delivery.

Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations and grooming standards.

Stay updated on menu items, promotions, and special events to provide accurate information to customers.

Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues and fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant, hotel, or event venue.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
